Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product
Biochemistry Made Visual is a digital PDF. Because digital content may be accessed or downloaded after purchase, refunds are generally not available after successful delivery or download, except where required by applicable law or where a technical failure prevents delivery.
2. Non-delivery
If payment succeeds but the product is not delivered, contact us promptly with your payment/order reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange delivery or a refund.
3. Duplicate payment
Verified duplicate charges for the same order may be refunded through the original payment channel.
4. Technical problem
If the delivered file is corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from the purchased product, contact us within 7 days. We may provide a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
5. Cancellation
A purchase normally cannot be cancelled after digital delivery or download. Requests before delivery will be reviewed subject to transaction status and applicable law.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are normally initiated through the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
