These Terms govern use of the MediScape website and purchase of digital educational products.
1. Product
Biochemistry Made Visual is a digital educational and revision resource. Product details, pricing and included materials are shown at checkout.
2. Educational purpose
The book is for education and revision and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, standard textbooks, current clinical guidelines or institutional protocols.
3. Payment
Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another provider shown at checkout. Provider terms also apply to payment processing.
4. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the digital product will be delivered through the method stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.
5. Intellectual property
Original text, visuals, diagrams, illustrations and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase is for personal educational use only. Reproduction, resale, redistribution or public uploading is prohibited without written permission.
6. Accuracy
Reasonable efforts are made to present information accurately, but no guarantee is made that every statement or clinical detail is error-free or applicable to every situation. Verify clinically relevant information from authoritative sources.
7. Changes
MediScape may update product information, pricing, content or these Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
